Unterschiede zw. NS und IE?

Hallo!

Ich benutze auf meiner Homepage http://www.pontus.de CSS in einer exteren Datei mit folgendem Inhalt:

  font-weight : normal;
  color : FFEE00;
}

  font-weight : normal;
}

A:Active  {  

text-decoration : none;
  color : #FF0000;
}

A:Hover  {  

text-decoration : underline;
  color : FFEE00;
  background-color : #000080;
}

BODY  {  

font-size : medium;
  font-family : Verdana;
  font-weight : bold;
  font-style : normal;
  color : #FFEE00;
}

Damit sieht meine Quickbar im linken Frame im IE5 auch super aus - halt entsprechend meiner CSS-Datei. Unter NS 4.7 allerdings ist von wechselden Styles keine Spur. Ich dachte NS haette diese erfunden. Geht das nur bei mir nicht? Ist NS schuld?
