scrollbar inside a table?

I'd like 2 know,
wether it is possible entering an attribute
4 scrolling inside a <tr>-tag

<tr> defines a single row within a table.

Why do you want to set a attribut for scrolling there?
There is no need for it.
If there would be scrollbar-attributes, then they would
have effect on the whole table and not onto a single line
only.
