Also mit Opera sehe ich keine Linie. Mit Mozilla ist (kaum wahrnehmbar) ein winziger Versatz zu erahnen. Was wohl daran liegt, daß die Grafiken nicht genau auf das Hintergrundbild passen.
Nimm mal diesen Unfug (marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0") aus dem Body-Tag und verwende CSS.

Etwas anderes fällt mir im Moment nicht ein.
