eine Optimierung besagt, dass etwas mit (in diesem Falle) dem genannten Browser optimal funktioniert.
gemäß welcher Randbedingungen? Streiche "optimal", setze "besser als vorher".
Besagt also erstmal gar nichts, über das verhalten in Bezug auf andere Browser, außer, dass die Seite dort nicht besser funktionieren darf.
Doch, darf sie. Es wird nur behauptet, daß dies dann nicht beabsichtigt war ...
