RFC 3986, Re: / in URI queries

Soeben rausgekommen: RFC 3986 (Updates: 1738, Obsoletes: 2732, 2396, 1808)

Da steht die Antwort auf meine Frage vom 2001-01-21.

In §3.4 heißt es:
      query       = *( pchar / "/" / "?" )

However, as query components
   are often used to carry identifying information in the form of
   "key=value" pairs and one frequently used value is a reference to
   another URI, it is sometimes better for usability to avoid percent-
   encoding those characters.
