document.images.changepic.src = 'pictures/websave/all/'+picid+'.jpg';
du solltest dir hier vorher erst mal eine instanz des images-objektes von javascript erzeugen.
das zuweisen eines neuen wertes an das src-attribut eines bestehenden HTML-bildes reicht m.E. nicht aus.
