Das klingt logisch, aber bei allen Definitionen oder Beschreibungen zu "label", die ich kenne, wird der Bezug zu Formularelementen, nicht zu beliebigen Elementen hergestellt.

OK, aber hier wird nicht impliziert, dass das label–Element für nichts Anderes genutzt werden darf.
