Da musst vor dem <tr> noch irgendwas sein, vielleicht fehlt da ein </td>?

Dürfte direkt die darüberliegende Stelle sein. <td> darf nur innerhalb von <tr> stehen, also auf gar keinen Fall HINTER einem </tr>.

Jup, Type ist erforderlich. In deinem Fall habe ich allerdings keine Ahnung welcher, tippe zunächst auf text/javascript

Ein häufiger Fehler, & ist innerhalb von HTML-Dateien ein Sonderzeichen, wenn du es hinschreiben willst musst du es maskieren
