mod_include reagiert nicht

Hallo,

versuche auf meinem Apache unter XP mod_include zu verwenden,
klappt aber nicht wirklich ... :-((

In der httpd.conf ist:

AddModule mod_include.c

freigegeben, kurz danach steht auch:

AddHandler server-parsed .shtml

und noch etwas weiter:

<Directory C:/>
    Options +Indexes +FollowSymLinks +MultiViews +ExecCGI +Includes
    AllowOverride All
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Directory>

Was fehlt da eigentlich noch ...
