if(!parent.mainFrame && window.location.href != "xxx.php")
    blabla = x;

Ich möchte, dass wenn der Dateiname = xxx.php ist, die if-Bedingung übersprungen wird.
Was habe ich falsch gemacht?

Du hast dir nicht angeschaut, was in window.location.href überhaupt drinsteht.
