Ja klar, TinyMCE dürfte aber i.d.R. Bestandteil eines Adminbereiches o.ä. sein - und somit Teil einer Anwendung - als *Inhalt* eines Webdokuments.
Kommt drauf an - auch eine Kommentarfunktion mit RTE ist durchaus nicht abwegig.
