fixer bereich scrollbar

ui, bin gerade selbstpersönlich über einen möglichen lösungsansatz gestolpert...

allerdings nur ein teilerfolg...

doch leider verschwindet bei kleinem browserfenster im FF der hintergrund völlig. im IE ist alles ichtbar aber wie... grrrusel!
