Ein Word-Formular kann immer gegen Bearbeitung gesperrt werden. Entweder mit einer einfachen Sperre (= 1 Mausklick) oder auch noch zusätzlich mit einem Passwort.
das hilft aber auch nur gegen Ahnungslose. Solange du das Dokument öffnen kannst, kannst du es auch wieder editierbar machen: Einfach als RTF speichern, dann wieder öffnen - und sämtliche Sperren sind weg. Jetzt kann man es auch wieder als gewöhnliches Word-Dokument speichern.
