Bei uns in Berlin kommt das e nur ran, wenn „fünf“ nicht vor einem Substantiv steht. Und bei angehängtem e wird das f stimmhaft [v].
Wieviel wart ihr? – Fünf Leute. [fʏmpf ˈlɔɪ̯tə]
Wieviel wart ihr? – Fünf(e). [fʏmpf] oder [ˈfʏmvə]
Wann kommste? – Um fünf Uhr. [ʊm fʏmpf uːɐ̯]
