Auf Stack Overflow (https://stackoverflow.com/questions/74924575/how-to-make-an-input-range-without-snapping-to-tickmarks) meinten sie nur, das es „erwünschtes Verhalten“ sei.

Einer meinte, dass man die Breite/Größe erhöhen sollte:

The width of the <input> may be a contributing factor. I tested by setting it to width: 100% and that eliminated the snapping on Chrome.
