ich habe etwas probiert mit dem was Du vorgeschlagen hast und hier ist die Lösung:

{
top.frames.balken.location="changedbalken.html";
top.frames.menue.location="changedmenue.html";
top.frames.haupt.location="changedhaupt.html";
}
