Ich schätze mal, das der NN4.7 die Positionierungs-angaben als relativ zum vorhergehenden Element betrachtet, IE aber als Absolut.
Was richtig ist, keine ahnung, da aber der Ober-Super-Browser Mozilla (M15) das ebenfalls wie der IE (also beim zweiten mal nicht auch noch verschoben) anzeigt, schätze ich mal, das es so schon stimmt, da sich der Mozilla nur an den vom W3C herausgegebenen Spezifikationen orientiert.
