CSS: Absolute und relative Maßangaben: XML

Leider implementieren IE und Ns4 das Prozentmaß bei CSS total schlampig. Verläßliche gute Transformation des Layouts von Server zu Client, von Medium x zu Medium y tut echt not, Stichwort XML.

1. Seit wann konnte der NC schon einmal richtig CSS <G>
und
2. Was hat XML mit dem Browser zu tun.
Ist das eine Browserspezifikation ?
