Alle übrigen 4 Frames sind gleich dem Mittelframe aufgebaut.
Auf die Angabe des Doctype habe ich bewußt verzichtet, da es sich um ein reine offline-Projekt handelt. Außerdem macht der IE 6.0 bei der Anagbe des Doctype eine häßliche Scrollbar horizontal, auch wenn sie völlig unnötig ist.
