Von daher kann man schon von Verwechslung sprechen.
IMHO nicht, bei der Implementation hat man sich durchaus etwas gedacht.
schön, aber wenn jeder das implementiert, was er sich "so gedacht" hat, kommt man nie auf eine breite anwendbarkeit von standards.
das mag in diesem falle absolut marginal und unwichtig sein - aber generell ist es trotzdem unschön.
