Verschachtelte Frames neu laden

Ich möchte gerne wissen, wie ich verschachtelte Framesets bei Änderungen in einem Frame neu laden kann.

Die zwei Frameset heissen:

1. index.html (mit 'X' dargestellt)
2. main.html (im Frame 'leftFrame' des ersten Frameset enthalten, mit '0' dargestellt)

Ich möchte nun, dass sich das 'rightFrame' neu lädt, wenn ich im 'bottomFrame' ein Formular abschicke.

Wie geht das?
