Für die Tabellenüberschrift gibt es das Element 'caption'. [HTML401 §11.2.2] Das bietet sich anstatt tr[@colspan="3"] an. (Fehlt in http://de.selfhtml.org/html/tabellen/aufbau.htm@title=SELFHTML)
