Auch das Sz wird als Ligatur nicht mitgezählt.
Die Zeiten, wo das ß als Ligatur und nicht als einzelner Buchstabe angesehen wird, sind lange vorbei. Zumal das lange ſ heute kaum noch jemand kennt.
Und wenn du schon Buchstaben nicht mitzählen willst, dann solltest wenigstens konsequent sein und auch das W nicht mitzählen – das ist ja schließlich eine VV-Ligatur.
